In Australia, men get more skin cancers than women, yet it seems to me that women spend a lot of time and energy managing sun safety for their families and loved ones (not to be too… aggressively heterosexual).So I’m hoping that said boyfriend/husband/brother/dad is a fan of @adamscottofficial (who had a skin cancer that left a scar on his nose at 31!)Or maybe said boyfriend/husband/brother/dad will use it if it says “for men” on it? Undress for sun safety and get your skin checked! Skin health is the reason I do what I do so please, please opt for the safe way to tan this summer. It's not worth it. This Skin Cancer Action Week (Nov. 20-26th), my self tanning pals at @sontse_aus are donating 5% of profits to @skincheckchampions. Regular skin checks mean earlier detection, and that leads to much better outcomes for skin cancer.And whilst the skin cancer risk is lower for my friends with dark brown and black skin, it tends to be further along when it's detected.
